Heading north, take I-85 north out of Atlanta. Travel 10.5 miles north of I-285 and bear left onto I-985 / Highway 365 and stay on it for about 12 miles.  Take Exit 12 (Spout Springs Rd. / Flowery Branch exit). Make a left at the top of the exit ramp onto Spout Springs Rd.  Take Spout Springs for roughly 1 mile to the stoplight. Go straight across the railroad tracks to the stop sign and take a left.  Follow the signs that say City Park and Marina.  Take a left onto Mitchell Street and follow this until you reach Hideaway Bay Marina!
